  1. A huge waste of money and effort, the route starts from Bidston Station and runs through and under Birkenhead to Rock ferry, links along the Beufort rd,12 quays and and Hamilton Square, Birkenhead Central, under the tunnel flyovers and onto Green lane shopping park and up to Rock ferry rail station, it should be converted to a walking/cycling route, with guided electric buses running alongside, so many locations it passes offering a safe and eaily made transport link, without the expence of using part of it a landfill, it appears that wirral want to destroy any chance of accessible transport linking Rock Ferry to Wirral Waters site at 12 quays and Bidston.
